Step 1

Employed citizens can obtain an insurance certificate of compulsory pension insurance through their employer. Upon employment, the employer must submit information about his employee to the Pension Fund within 2 weeks - an insured person's questionnaire in order to obtain an insurance certificate for him. The employee must check the data specified in the application form and sign. If, for any valid reasons (for example, a long business trip) for more than 1 month, he is not able to certify the application form, then the employer certifies it himself, indicating the appropriate reason. The Pension Fund within 3 weeks opens a personal account in the name of the insured person and draws up certificate of compulsory pension insurance, and then transfers it to the employer. Within 1 week, the employer is obliged to give the employee a certificate of compulsory pension insurance, which is confirmed by his signature in the accompanying sheet.

Step 2

To independently obtain a certificate of compulsory pension insurance, a citizen must come to the FIU at the place of registration with a passport and fill out an insured person's questionnaire. It will be possible to obtain a certificate within 2 weeks after the submission of the questionnaire.

Step 3

In case of loss of the certificate of compulsory pension insurance:

- working citizens are obliged to apply to their employer within 1 month, who, in turn, will submit it to the FIU;

- unemployed citizens are required to come with a passport to the FIU within 1 month to write a statement about the loss of the certificate.

The FIU, after accepting the application, within 1 month issues a duplicate certificate of compulsory pension insurance to the insured person.

Step 4

When entering into marriage, it is necessary to apply to the FIU with a marriage certificate and a passport to fill out a questionnaire for issuing a new certificate of mandatory pension insurance. Working citizens must provide data to their employer, who will transfer them to the FIU in accordance with the established procedure.

After accepting the application, the FIU issues a new certificate of compulsory pension insurance to the insured person within 1 month.
