Step 1
Most often, a pension insurance certificate number is required when you apply for a new job, and the original is lost. You must restore this document through your employer. And his number will be required already at the conclusion of an employment contract or a civil law contract. Step 2
If you are not in an employment relationship, but you have lost your PFR certificate, you yourself must contact the office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation at the place of residence. In this case, you can ask for the number of your certificate (for example, if you need it to conclude a civil contract). You will be named immediately.
The new document will have the same number as the previous one.
