Instructions

Step 1

Make a proposal for the temporary transfer of an employee to another position, to another structural unit. In the header of the proposal, write the name of the enterprise, indicate the last name, first name and patronymic of the employee who is being transferred to another job. Write the reason for the transfer, the term, the name of the structural unit, position. The proposal is signed by the director of the enterprise, signs, surname and initials. The employee writes his consent, disagreement with this transfer, indicates the period and date of commencement of work in the new position, signs, his last name and initials.

Step 2

Draw up an additional agreement to the employment contract, indicate the number and date of the conclusion of the employment contract with the employee. Write down the effective date of the agreement and its expiration date. On the one hand, the head of the enterprise signs, on the other, the employee transferred to another position. Make this agreement in two copies, certify with a seal. Indicate that the agreement is an integral part of the employment contract.

Step 3

If, for health reasons or other good reason, the employee does not want to be transferred to another position, the employee writes a letter of refusal addressed to the director of the organization. Indicates the reason for refusing to transfer, attach a medical certificate to the application. The employee signs, surname, initials, date of writing the application. The director puts a resolution on the statement, for example: “I don't mind. Free from temporary translation …”, puts his signature.

Step 4

An employee transferred to another position is paid at least the average earnings at the previous place of work, depending on the responsibilities assigned to him.

Step 5

There are cases when there is no need to prescribe in the employment contract the reason for the transfer to another position, to warn the employee, to obtain his consent for up to one month. These cases are spelled out in part 2 of article 72.2 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
