First of all, people who have performed poorly at work are laid off. If you skimp on job responsibilities, delay deadlines, refuse to obey management, or your job does not benefit the company, know that you are at risk. The layoff can follow at any time, even if you do not expect it at all, and there are no prerequisites for dismissal.
Instructions
Step 1
You must be notified about the reduction two months in advance. If this deadline is not met, and you are asked to vacate your workplace as soon as possible, you can go to court. But do it only as a last resort: litigation is unlikely to add positive emotions to you. If the employer insists that you must leave the workplace immediately, then he must pay you a penalty equal to your average salary for two months. Payments can be made at the time of termination of the contract or monthly. You cannot influence the decision of the management.
Step 2
On the last day of work, you must receive a work book and put your signature under the order of your dismissal. Check that the employment record contains the correct reduction record. Be sure to calculate your unused vacation pay and notify your employer that you are insisting on these payments. Some organizations may "forget" about this monetary compensation.
Step 3
Immediately after the layoff, go to the labor exchange. If after 2 months you do not find a vacancy, the previous employer will be obliged to pay your average salary for the third month.
Step 4
Create a competent resume (you can contact a specialist) and post it in newspapers and on job sites. Review the vacancies offered there regularly. Perhaps you can quickly find a job that will be better than the previous one. Attend job interviews regularly.
Step 5
Do not panic, any person can be cut. Your task is to get the necessary payments, documents and get another job as soon as possible. Getting fired can be a cause for depression, so try to diversify your life right after it. Visit leisure places and meet friends as often as possible. Remember that life does not end after a contraction.
