Instructions
Step 1
You need to flash cases in accordance with your job description. In any case, this work in all companies is carried out according to general principles. First, you need to number each document in order. Remember to remove all paper clips, metal staples, and safety pins from the papers.
Step 2
Start sewing the case so that the sheets can then be read freely. To do this, make four vertical holes with a clerical awl in the center of the left margin of the documents. The distance between the holes must be at least three centimeters. It is convenient to use a special desktop machine for stitching and binding A-4 documents. With its help, it will not be difficult to create the necessary folders - it can immediately drill through a stack of paper up to 10 cm thick.
Step 3
Use a special sewing needle for lacing documents, as well as bank twine or strong nylon threads. As a last resort, you can fold ordinary threads several times. Usually, documents are stitched twice in a row so that the sheets are more securely attached. This is especially important if the case is being prepared for an eternal archive.
Step 4
Leave the loose ends at the thread or twine about 6 cm. They will need to be pulled through the center hole on the wrong side of the last document and tied tightly in a knot.
Step 5
Glue the knot and the ends of the threads with a circle (about 4 cm in diameter) or with a square (4 by 5 cm) with clerical glue. The figure must be cut out of thick white paper.
Step 6
Place the seal so that it partially overlaps the paper label and one edge overlaps the last sheet of the stapled case. You can also fill this place with sealing wax.
Step 7
Wait until the glue is completely dry. Then, directly under the seal, indicate the number of sheets in the file and put the signature of the official. Add an endorsement letter and indicate the date of the endorsement. Copies of documents from several sheets are also filed, while it is necessary to put a stamp with a signature, date and the inscription "Copy is correct".
Step 8
Bind the case for temporary storage into a paperback, and the documents for the permanent archive into a hardcover. Indicate the deadlines on the sewn case.
