Sometimes it is easier to get a part-time job in the "home" organization than to completely restructure your schedule, working in several places. Employers usually do not mind this either, especially if the employee has positively established himself in the main position. How can an employer issue an order to combine positions?

Instructions

Step 1

Check out all the regulations that provide the order and other documents for the combination of positions.

Step 2

Pay special attention to the fact that the employee will combine positions at the same working time, therefore, usually, combining means fulfilling, simultaneously with the main duties specified in the employment contract, additional duties for a vacant position.

Step 3

Note for yourself that the combination of positions does not have a direct bearing on the performance of work on the basis of another employment contract on full-time part-time employment. Combining jobs usually involves the performance of other duties in their free time from the main job and at different rates.

Step 4

If an employment contract has already been concluded with the employee, then the conditions for combining positions must be stipulated in an additional agreement to the existing contract. If a combination position is temporarily vacant, then after a permanent employee has been registered for it, you must, together with the employee, draw up a new supplementary agreement on the cancellation of the combination of positions.

Step 5

Familiarize yourself with the forms according to which an order for combining positions should be drawn up. The order must be executed as follows:

- indicating the name of the organization (ideally, such an order is drawn up on the registered letterhead of the organization);

- indicating the position of the employee who will combine the performance of work duties;

- with an indication of the position, the performance of duties for which is assigned to this employee;

- indicating the date from which these duties are transferred to the jurisdiction of this employee;

- with confirmation that the employee has been assigned a surcharge in the amount specified in the additional agreement. The date of its preparation must be indicated at the end or beginning of this document. Sign the order. In addition, the order must be certified with a seal, and also agreed with the chief accountant of the organization.

Step 6

Familiarize the employee who will combine the positions with the order.
