Often in organizations, if there are good reasons, primarily legal, it becomes necessary to amend previously issued orders. In order to avoid conflicts and disputes in the future, this must be done legally competently. So, what are the main points that an order to amend a previously issued order should contain?

Step 1
In the upper left sheet, one below the other, it should be indicated:
-name of company;
-type of document;
-date of drawing up the document;
- registration number of the document;
- city of compilation or publication of the document;
-title to the text.
Step 2
The basis for amending the order (clause, clauses of the order), briefly outlining the circumstances that became the reasons for issuing the order to amend.
Step 3
Instructions to officials that must be fulfilled in connection with the introduction of changes to the previous order (paragraph, paragraphs of the order) and the publication of a new one.
Step 4
The clause or clauses of the order that have become invalid due to the issuance of a new order.
Step 5
The execution of an order to amend a previously issued order or its clauses is carried out on sheets of A4 paper in accordance with the requirements of GOST R6.30-2003.
