When carrying out the economic activities of the enterprise, some managers draw up a work schedule for their employees. This document is very convenient for those employees who work in shifts. The schedule can only be changed once a month.
Instructions
Step 1
The work schedule can be formalized both in an employment contract and in a separate local act. If this condition is spelled out in the contract, changes should be made using an additional agreement. To do this, issue it in duplicate, give one of which to the employee, and keep the other.
Step 2
Do not forget to notify the employee in advance about making adjustments to the document. To do this, write a notification. Remember to send it no later than one month before the new schedule takes effect. Agreeing with the written information, the employee must sign and date.
Step 3
In the additional agreement, write down the old and new wording of the terms of the work schedule, as well as the date of entry into force of the document. You can indicate in the document the period of validity of the new schedule, for example, prescribe that it is valid until the state is fully completed. Sign the agreements with an employee and affix the information with a blue corporate seal.
Step 4
If the schedule is in the form of an annex to a collective agreement or other act, there is no need to draw up an additional agreement. Just make the changes based on the order.
Step 5
After drawing up the document, issue an order to approve the new edition of the work schedule. In the administrative document indicate the date of entry into force of the document, familiarize the employee with the administrative document against signature.
Step 6
When drawing up a new schedule, be sure to follow the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. You must remember that the employee must have a rest time, a lunch break. Overtime and night work must be paid differently.
Step 7
If you do not want to draw up a new work schedule, you can issue an order for irregular working hours. In this case, you will also have to notify employees of the innovation against signature.
