Instructions

Step 1

There must be grounds for making changes, which are regulated by the Labor Code. The reasons may be the following: exclusion of positions or divisions due to reorganization; the introduction of new positions when expanding production or increasing the services provided; reduction of units in the state due to the reduction in the number of the enterprise itself; changing the size of salaries; renaming of positions, divisions or enterprises.

Step 2

In the current labor legislation, there are no special restrictions on making changes to the staffing table. The administration has the right to make them as needed. A change in the staffing table is made out in two ways: by issuing a local act (order) or by approval. The leader chooses the method.

Step 3

First, you need to issue an order on the need to make changes, taking into account the requirements of Article 74 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The cap of the order may sound like this: "On making changes to the staffing table" or "On a partial change in the staffing table."

Step 4

If we are talking about specific employees, then it is necessary to obtain written consent (personal statement) from them with the proposed changes, then the administration issues an additional order to make a specific change. Or a modified schedule is drawn up and approved by the head of the enterprise.

Step 5

If the changes are significant, then a new staffing table is developed. If the changes are insignificant, then they are made in an already valid document, only the content of the corresponding columns changes (for example, the size of the salary).

Step 6

An employer can have one schedule throughout the entire activity of the organization and only by orders regulate the number of positions, structural divisions or changes in salaries.

Step 7

At the request of the employee, in accordance with Art. 62 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, you can get an extract from the staffing table. It should reflect information about the position and payments. Remember that according to Art. 88 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the salaries of other employees are not indicated in the extract.
