Step 1

The staffing table is filled by personnel employees on the basis of projects developed by the heads of departments (services, structural divisions). The finished document is approved by the order of the director. An order is issued to make changes to the staffing table. For example, it is necessary to include in the current document a unit with a tariff rate of 0, 5. As a rule, part-time workers (internal, external) or workers who combine professions are accepted on such conditions.
