Step 1

The staffing table is filled by personnel employees on the basis of projects developed by the heads of departments (services, structural divisions). The finished document is approved by the order of the director. Step 7

The tariff rate cannot be lower than the minimum wage established by acts of the local government. Accordingly, half of the rate is set at least 0.5 minimum wages.
