The dacha amnesty is a simplified procedure for registering ownership of land, country and garden houses, baths, garages, outbuildings, residential buildings received or built before the entry into force of the Land Code, that is, before 10.30.01. The dacha amnesty is regulated by Federal Law 93-F3, which allows you to register your right according to the available documents, but you must have a copy of the cadastral plan of objects.

Instructions

Step 1

If you want to register ownership of unauthorized buildings erected before 2001, contact the BTI, write a request to call a technician. They will inspect your buildings, draw up a technical plan for them and issue a cadastral passport, receive a copy of the cadastral plan.

Step 2

Contact the USRTS, write an application on the standard form, which will be given to you at the registration center. Show your passport, a copy of the cadastral plan. Based on the documents submitted, your ownership rights will be registered and a certificate of ownership of unauthorized buildings will be issued.

Step 3

To register ownership of land received before 2001 and for which there are no documents, receive a form in the USRTs, on which you will draw up an inventory of the site. Call the inventory engineer from the FCCC. The specialist will conduct a list of necessary work and give you documents. Register them in the same center and receive a copy of the cadastral plan for the site.

Step 4

Contact the board of horticulture, present the inventory of the site and the received copy of the cadastral plan, you will be stamped and signed by the chairman of the horticultural association on the inventory.

Step 5

With all the documents, contact the local administration, write a statement on the transfer of the site into ownership. You will be given a decree signed by the head of the district administration.

Step 6

Contact the USRTs, fill out an application on the proposed form, present your passport, an inventory of the site with a seal and signature, a resolution of the administration, a copy of the cadastral plan. After 30 days, you will receive a certificate of ownership of the land.

Step 7

All buildings that were erected after October 30, 2001 must have a building permit issued by the district department of architecture and urban planning. All plots received or acquired after October 30, 2001 must have title deeds. Since the registration of these objects is carried out in a general manner and does not fall under the simplified registration procedure.
