According to the current labor legislation, paid leave must be provided to the employee annually in accordance with the approved schedule. The right to use it arises after six months of continuous work in the organization. However, there are situations when an employee needs days on account of vacation at his request.
Ask the employee the day before to write an application for the provision of days on account of paid vacation, indicating the reason. When making a decision on his application, the management needs to know that in accordance with Article 125 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, it is possible to split paid leave into parts, however, one part of it cannot be less than 14 calendar days. An employee may be granted unpaid leave, the duration of which is agreed with the employer.
Issue an order on granting leave in unified form No. T-6 on the basis of the employee's application, endorsed by his immediate supervisor and signed by the head of the organization. In the order, indicate the serial number of the document and the date, the full name of the employee, his structural unit and position, personnel number. If free days are given to an employee on account of paid vacation, do not forget to indicate for what period of work they are provided.
Enter the number of calendar days provided to the employee on the account of paid leave and their dates on line "A". If leave is granted without pay, it is not filled. In this case, write in line "B" of the order the phrase "leave without pay". Indicate further its duration in calendar days and dates on which it falls.
Sign the order with your supervisor. Familiarize the employee with the order against signature. Draw up a note-calculation according to the unified form No. T-60, if the employee asked for days on account of paid vacation.
Indicate on the first sheet the number and date of compilation of the calculation note, personnel number, full name, position of the employee, structural unit in which he works, the period of work for which vacation is granted. Enter in section A the number of calendar days of vacation and the dates on which it falls.
Make an entry based on the order in the employee's personal card. Issue changes to the approved vacation schedule for employees, if the days are presented on the account of paid vacation, or make a note in it about the reduction of vacation for this employee in the next calendar year.
