Step 1
Before you start drawing up a vacation order, get a statement from the employee. It must be handwritten in the name of the head of the organization. Step 2
In the event that an employee wants to get a vacation for any valid reasons that have confirmation, he must provide copies of documents. For example, if a vacation is needed in order to go to a resort and heal health, the employee can confirm a certificate from a medical institution to the application.
Step 3
Evaluate the possibility of providing such a vacation. If the answer is yes, draw up an order, which has a unified form No. T-6. Fill in the header of the form. Then put down the serial number and the date of drawing up the administrative document.
Step 4
Please indicate your full name below. the entire employee, his personnel number, structural unit, position. Next, write the number of days of vacation and the period for granting it.
Step 5
Sign the order and give it to the employee for review, who, in addition to the signature, must indicate the date of signing. Put on the blue stamp of the organization. Give the order to the accounting department for follow-up.
