The reasons for unpaid leave may be family circumstances or other valid reasons, for example, the birth of a child, the death of a close relative, or marriage.

The duration of unpaid leave can vary from one to sixty calendar days, which is determined by article 128 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and depends on the category of citizens.

The employee puts his signature and the date of writing the application.

Step 9

An application for unpaid leave is sent to the first person of the company for resolution. The director, in turn, considers this application and makes his decision. If he approves the employee's request, he is issued an order to grant unpaid leave to this specialist. Then the director puts his signature and certifies the document with the company seal.
