Step 1

You have the right to receive another vacation or vacation at your own expense if all the days of the next vacation have already been used. If you need to get a vacation, and according to the schedule it is specified at a different time, submit a written application to the head of the organization. In agreement with the management, you have the right to receive another vacation at the time you need.

Step 3

The head of the enterprise has no right to refuse to grant leave at any convenient time: to underage employees (Article 267 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation), women with two or more children under 12 years of age and single parents (Article 263 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation). Pregnant women (article 260 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation), women after the end of parental leave (article 260 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation). An employee whose wife is on maternity leave (Article 123 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).

You can also be given leave outside the schedule if you belong to WWII veterans, military veterans and persons equated to them (article 5 of the Federal Law "On Veterans"), Hero of the Soviet Union and the Russian Federation, full holder of the Orders of Glory (article 8 "On status of Heroes "). Step 7

During the use of the specified rest days, you cannot be fired. You can get regular leave every year without leaving your job. If you work in harmful, dangerous or difficult conditions, then you have the right to receive additional annual leave, which is calculated based on the length of service in these places. For each year worked, 1 day of additional paid rest is provided.
