Each employee of the enterprise is entitled to an annual basic paid leave, its period is prescribed in the corresponding schedule. If the vacation falls on a holiday, then its duration should be increased by the number of days of holidays. This is regulated by the norms of labor legislation.

Instructions

Step 1

The vacation period for the employee is indicated in the vacation schedule; its duration should be 28 calendar days. The personnel officer writes a notification to the employee about the upcoming annual leave. The accountant draws up a calculation note (form T-60), in which vacation pay is calculated. The amount of cash is calculated based on the period for which the main vacation is provided. If an employee has been working in the company for more than a year, then 12 calendar months are taken for him. If a specialist is registered at the enterprise for less than the specified period, then the period of his performance of the labor function is taken into account.

Step 2

To issue a vacation, an employee should use the order form T-6. The name of the company, the city in which it is located, fit into it. The order is numbered and dated. The administrative part must contain the personal data of the employee, his personnel number, position, the name of the service (department) where he works. The period and number of vacation days are indicated in accordance with the vacation schedule. The order is certified by the director's signature. The specialist needs to familiarize himself with the document by putting his signature and date on the acquaintance line.

Step 3

If the vacation falls on holidays (non-working) days, then the specialist can extend or postpone the annual vacation. To do this, he should write a statement addressed to the director with a request to extend or postpone the main vacation. The document is dated, signed by the employee. The content of the document indicates the number of days by which it is necessary to extend or postpone vacation days. The application is endorsed by the head of the company.

Step 4

In the event of an extension or postponement of vacation due to the fact that its days fell on holidays, the director should issue an order. It is drawn up in any form and must comply with the rules of office work.

Step 5

On the extension or transfer of vacation, the necessary changes are made to the approved vacation schedule, the employee's personal card, and his personal account.

Step 6

Employees are entitled to additional remuneration for holidays, the amount of which is determined by the collective agreement and the employer's capabilities. Employees on basic leave during public holidays are not entitled to such payments.
