A job application is a document that inevitably fills out every new employee from the cleaning lady to the CEO. These are the requirements of the law for personnel documentation: without a statement of it, there can be no order for enrollment in the state, no conclusion of an employment contract, no entry in the work book.
It is necessary
- - computer;
- - text editor;
- - Printer;
- - paper;
- - a fountain pen.
Instructions
Step 1
A job application, like any other, must have its own "cap". And it should indicate to whom and from whom it is addressed. An application is written to the name of the head of the organization. "Hat" is placed in the upper right corner of the sheet. To move the text there in the editor program, it is better to use tabs rather than right-alignment.
Step 2
The top line contains the position of the manager (director, CEO or otherwise), followed by his last name and initials. All this data will be prompted by the representatives of the new employer. In the third line you write your last name, first name and patronymic in full. Then you need to step back a few lines down and write in the center (when using a text editor - using the appropriate alignment function): "statement". Or: "STATEMENT".
Step 3
The content of the document is written from the paragraph at the beginning of the line: “I ask you to hire me …”. Further, the full name of the company division (if any) and the full name of the position are indicated.
For example: “Please take me to work in the corporate sales department of the commercial service of the company as a senior sales manager.” The date is put under the text.
Step 4
Then, if the application is typed on a computer, you need to print it. The finished application is signed and sent to the personnel department (or another department in charge of personnel issues), and from there - to the head of the organization for signature.
