Step 1

If an employee takes a vacation at his own expense and in total this vacation exceeds 14 calendar days, then this time is excluded from the length of service, and the next vacation can be provided a month later.

Step 2

To arrange a vacation, an employee must notify the employer in writing in advance (two weeks in advance), write a statement about the need to go on vacation, indicate the reason, the start and end date of the vacation at his own expense.

Step 3

In urgent cases, an application for unpaid leave can be written one day before the upcoming vacation.

Step 4

Next, you should wait until the employer considers the employee's application and puts his resolution on it.

Step 5

The employer issues an order granting the employee unpaid leave. It is produced in the unified form No. T-6.

Step 6

Information about the leave at your own expense is entered into the personal card of the unified form No. T-2.

Step 7

Only at the request of the employee can provide no more than 30 calendar days in the current year. If for some reason a person needs additional leave for more than 30 calendar days, then it can be provided only if there are documents confirming a good reason.

Step 8

If the head of the enterprise goes on vacation at his own expense, then for this period he must appoint by order a person who will perform his duties. This is necessary to sign legally significant documents during the absence of an authorized person.
