Every employee has the opportunity to go on unpaid leave, thanks to the social laws adopted in the Russian Federation. The granting of such leave is governed by Art. 128 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. An employee planning to take unpaid leave must notify the employer, indicating the valid reasons forcing him to do so. An application addressed to the head of the enterprise will become the basis for granting such leave.
It is necessary
- A4 sheet of paper
- A pen
Take a standard sheet of paper and write the addressee's details in the upper right corner. This is the name of the enterprise, the position of the head, his surname and initials. In this part, indicate the structural unit of the enterprise in which you work, your position, last name, first name and patronymic.
Begin to design the central part of the document by specifying its title "Application". Place it in the center of the sheet. And immediately below it, briefly describe the essence of your appeal to the leadership "on granting leave for my vacation for me." Next, write what kind of vacation you need "without pay". Provide the exact dates, indicating the calendar dates (from which date and until what date). Describe a good reason that prompted you to ask management for extra leave.
In the final part of the application, sign and date it. If you have documents confirming the need for extraordinary leave, attach them to the application. In this case, it will be correct to refer to their presence in the text of the statement or to mention them at the end of the statement by adding the name to the "Appendix" paragraph.
