Step 1
In the form of an order for the promotion of an employee, enter the full or abbreviated name of your company in accordance with the constituent documents, or the last name, first name, patronymic of an individual in accordance with an identity document. If you are an individual entrepreneur, enter the code of your organization according to the All-Russian Classifier of Enterprises and Organizations. Assign a number to the order and put a date that corresponds to the date of the document.
Step 2
Indicate the personnel number of the promoted employee. Completely write his last name, first name and patronymic in accordance with the document proving his identity. In the appropriate fields, enter the name of the structural unit in which the employee, whom you decided to reward, works in, the name of the position held in accordance with the staffing table.
Step 3
Write with a small letter the motive for encouraging this specialist, which can be high achievements in work, conscientious performance of official duties, and other reasons.
Step 4
In the line "Type of incentive" write the word "bonus", in the corresponding field write in words and in numbers the amount of money that you want to give the employee in the form of an incentive.
Step 5
The basis for encouraging a specialist may be a petition from the head of a structural unit or director of a company, documented information about the employee's experience and other documents to be presented for bonuses. Indicate in this line the name of the document, which is the basis for encouraging the employee.
Step 6
The first person of the company writes his position, surname, initials, signs, certifies the order with the seal of the organization.
Step 7
Familiarize the awarded specialist with the order for his encouragement. The employee, in turn, puts his signature and the date of signing the document.
