Step 1
First, you need to request a list of documents required to start processing. Having made them, you choose a land management company that will deal with your site. Usually it is not difficult to find it - companies that provide services for the registration of documents for land plots are located next to the land committee.
Step 2
A land surveyor will visit the site at the time agreed by you and carry out all the necessary surveys and measurements. If you have neighbors, you should carry out the border survey procedure. Next, your land surveyor prepares a package of documents required to obtain a cadastral passport for the site.
Step 3
Having received the necessary documents, you need to submit them to the Rosnedvizhimost management. At the Registration Chamber, after the time allotted for this verification and registration procedure, you will be given a cadastral passport of your land plot. After that, again in the land committee of your city, you need to conclude an agreement on the purchase of your land plot from the state, if before that it was in an indefinite lease.
Step 4
After the conclusion of the contract, you are required to register your title to the registration chamber. There, upon expiration of the registration period, you will receive a certificate of ownership of your land. The whole procedure of paperwork takes on average from six months to one and a half years.
