Step 1
The work schedule for a day / three is drawn up by the head of the department (service). The document fixes the dates of going to work, as well as the beginning and end of the working day. In order to initially avoid overtime and overtime in the schedule, it is necessary to calculate the norms of working hours. Fix them in the internal labor regulations of the company and familiarize each specialist of the structural unit against receipt.
Step 2
Use the production calendar to determine the norms for working hours. When scheduling work a day / three, keep in mind that the annual leave of employees should be excluded from the calculation.

Calculate the number of hours in the year for which the schedule is being drawn. To do this, take into account a 40-hour week so as not to violate the law. Determine the number of weeks in 12 calendar months. Multiply them by 40.

Determine the number of vacation hours for one employee. To do this, multiply 40 by the number of weeks in 28 calendar days, that is, by 4. You get 160 hours.

Make a schedule. In the first column, enter the serial numbers, in the second - the personal data and positions of employees, in the third - the personnel numbers of employees. Next, write down the month by date. Determine the dates of visits to the workplace of each specialist, observing the order. After a working day, employees should have three days off.
