The birth of a baby brings mom a lot of trouble. New sensations and completely different responsibilities. Instructions

Step 1

First, you need to write a statement addressed to the manager, in which you ask for parental leave. In the text, you indicate the length of the vacation. It can continue until the child is one and a half years old or until the age of three. The date of writing the application must correspond to the first day following the end of the sick leave for pregnancy and childbirth.

Step 2

A copy of the child's birth certificate is attached to the application. It will be required in the personnel department for personal affairs.

Step 3

Another copy of the child's birth certificate must be submitted to the accounting department. The accountant fills out an application for a reduction in income tax in connection with the emerging dependent.

Step 4

Working women have the opportunity at their place of work to issue a monthly allowance and a one-time allowance for the birth of a child. For this, the following documents are provided to the personnel department:

- application for the payment of benefits;

- a certificate of the birth of a child (it is issued by the registry office upon receipt of a birth certificate);

- A certificate from the antenatal clinic stating that you were registered before 12 weeks of pregnancy (entitles you to receive additional benefits);

- a certificate from the spouse's place of work that he did not apply for a childcare allowance and a lump sum payment;

- women who receive wages in their hands must attach a copy of the savings book, to which the benefits will be transferred. For women who have a salary card, transfers will be made to this card.

Step 5

Some employers provide additional payments in connection with the birth of a child. These payments are made by trade union organizations. You will need to write a corresponding statement addressed to the head of the trade union.
