The world of the Internet fascinates, makes you dive into it headlong. And so it is not easy sometimes to be distracted even by necessary things, not to mention just paying attention to real life. No wonder Internet addiction is considered a disease.
Your boss grumbles that you are constantly "surfing the Internet." Every day passes in an effort to visit another site, send a message to a friend, check the mailbox. Of course, this addiction can be cured, but sometimes it is an easy way to distract from the real world, in which there is nothing to worry about. And there are ways to be online more often if you want to.

If it is impossible to sit quietly on the Internet and are constantly distracted by uninteresting work, boring boss, boring colleagues, there are several interesting ways how to often look at your favorite pages.
If you really want to, there are always ways to be on the Internet, there would only be a desire.
For example, in addition to a regular computer, if you usually go online from it, you can use smartphones or tablets. These devices are already quite widespread and can be successfully used at bus stops, in fixed-route taxis, in between work breaks. It's also easy to pull out your phone and look into it as if you were reading an SMS. Not everyone will understand that you are actually on a social network.
If you are used to using a work computer for the Internet, then there are a couple of tricks here to get around the vigilant vigilance of a strict boss. For example, you can use multiple tabs in a browser. Open at the same time something for work, and something from your favorite sites. It is easy to switch between them if you only see “danger” nearby.
In addition, the Windows operating system has a "Minimize All Windows" button. If you click on it, all your sites will immediately collapse to the taskbar and will not be too noticeable to the bosses.
Alternatively, if you like to play online games over the network, which are not so easy to collapse, then use the Alt + Tab combination to quickly hide the traces of the "crime".

The best way to keep your work out of the way is to find work online. You will constantly be online, open pages, check and send mail. If this does not seem enough to you, then the browser is always open and no one will forbid you to look at the social network once again.

The only thing that should be dispensed with such "trips to the left", since the Internet is surprisingly good at "stealing" time. The inconspicuous "five minutes an hour" will soon cost you hours of wasted useful time. But if you overcome yourself a little, then frugality will become a habit.
