Labor relations on a part-time basis are governed by Part 1 of Article 282 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Step 1

In accordance with Art. 68 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, an order (order) for hiring part-time jobs is filled in according to the unified form No. T-1 (approved by the decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated January 5, 2004 No. 1) and the basis for it is an employment contract concluded with the employee, in which it is mandatory the nature of the work must be indicated - part-time. With internal part-time workers, whose main place of work is in the same enterprise, an additional agreement can be concluded to the employment contract for the main position, which specifies the conditions for part-time employment.

Step 2

In the order (order), fill in the appropriate columns, in which indicate the name of the structural unit, position (specialty, profession), which will be occupied by a part-time worker in accordance with the staffing table. In the event that an employee is hired for a trial period, indicate the trial period. In the text of the order, be sure to indicate the conditions of employment in strict accordance with the text of the employment contract and the nature of the work - part-time.

Step 3

Sign the order with the head of the enterprise or with the official who is authorized to sign the orders for employment by the relevant order. Give the part-time worker a second copy of the signed order against receipt.

Step 4

The order is the basis for the employee of the personnel service to fill out the employee's personal card in form No. T-2, entering the relevant information into it. The chief accountant must give an order to open the employee's personal account (form N T-54 or N T-54a).
