  • - documents for this product;
  • - a sheet of A4 paper;
  • - pen.

Instructions

Step 1

Art. 25 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" provides a clear list of goods that are subject to exchange (return). If the purchased item, which for any reason you wish to return, belongs to this list, write a letter (statement) for its return.

Step 2

By the way, do not forget that the product can be returned within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase. Provided that the consumer properties of the product, labels, packaging are in good condition. The presence of a sales receipt is also desirable, but its absence does not prevent the buyer from referring to the testimony of witnesses.

Step 3

Fill out the application in writing in two copies, give one to the seller, and ask for a mark of acceptance on your copy. Also, the second copy must indicate the date of acceptance, position and decryption of the signature of the person who accepted the application. If you are refused to accept the letter of claim from hand, you have the right to send it by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt and an inventory of the contents of the letter (attachment).

Step 4

Take an A4 sheet. In the upper right corner, write to whom your complaint is addressed (for example, the store manager), where it is sent to (name of the organization) and from whom (your personal data).

Step 5

In the main part of the document, clearly state all the details: where, when you purchased the product, its price. Indicate the reasons why it did not suit you. List your requirements. At the end of the letter, be sure to indicate your possible further actions (for example, a demand to recover the moral damage caused).

Step 6

At the end of the application (letter), put your signature and the date it was drawn up. Also, below, list the attachments to the letter: copies of a sales or cash receipt, warranty card and other documents confirming the marriage (malfunction) of the goods.
