Procedure
The cashier's receipt is printed in duplicate. One is handed over to the buyer, the second is kept in the store. Upon receipt of an application for a refund, the seller is obliged to find the perfect payment by looking at the cash register. The availability of a guarantee implies the issuance of a special coupon. It lists all the characteristics of the purchase. Such paper can completely replace the money-back procedure. If more than 2 years have passed since the date of purchase, then the procedure becomes more complicated.
You can also prove the fact of a purchase in a particular store using:
- testimony of witnesses;
- providing a bank statement when paying by card;
- technical data sheet of the product;
- packaging from goods with information about the seller and the price.

In the store itself, you should immediately contact the administrator or manager. It is advisable to immediately prepare a statement. It must contain passport data, information about the purchase and the date of the transaction.
