Step 1

Check out the expiration dates of the employment contract, upon the occurrence of which the fixed-term employment contract expires. Usually, fixed-term employment contracts expire upon the expiration of the volume of work performed or upon the exit of the main employee, for whom this job was retained.

Step 2

Notify the employee of the upcoming dismissal due to the expiration of a fixed-term employment agreement. The employee must be notified in writing three days before the expiration of such an agreement. With this form of labor agreement, an employee can be fired, even if at that moment he is on sick leave or on pay leave.

Step 3

Issue to the employee on the day of the expiration of the term of the contract his work book with a note of dismissal. Step 4

Pay the employee all necessary compensation benefits, in accordance with the termination procedure prescribed in the labor code.
