A characteristic from the place of residence or a household characteristic may be requested by the guardianship authorities or lawyers when it comes to adoption, the establishment of custody of a minor child, or on parole from places of detention. It is written in free form and signed by those who live near you. In any case, the more signatures of neighbors you manage to collect under it, the better.
Instructions
Step 1
Go around the neighbors in advance, explain to them the reasons why the household characteristics were required. Agree with them the text of the characteristics, write down their exact surnames, names and patronymics, addresses of residence, so that after it is printed, they only have to sign in the appropriate place.
Step 2
The characteristic is written in an arbitrary, unregulated form, but when designing it, it is better to adhere to certain rules. In the title, indicate the type of characteristics and the surname, name and patronymic of the person to whom it is given, the detailed address of his residence.
Step 3
In the household characteristics, you can indicate personal data: year and place of birth, completed educational institutions, acquired specialties, main places of work. Indicate from what year this citizen lives at the specified address. Describe the composition of his family members living with him and indicate the age of the minor children.
Step 4
Then write the phrase: "According to the testimony of neighbors: …". After that, list all those who have expressed a desire to put their signature under this characteristic. Indicate the last name, first name and patronymic, address of residence of each.
Step 5
In the description, be sure to reflect the presence of complaints about the citizen from the neighbors, the established relationship with them, the facts of alcohol or drug abuse, compliance with the norms of the hostel. If there were facts of socially useful activity in the improvement of the yard or entrance, do not forget to reflect them in the description. Any positive points should be described in detail in it.
Step 6
Collect the signatures of everyone who is listed in the characteristic. It must be certified. To do this, contact the homeowners association or the housing office that serves your territory. Assure the district inspector. His signature and seal will serve as proof that the content of the characterization does not contradict the facts.
