The peculiarity of the profession of a correspondent lies in the search for information, in the writing of texts of various genres (article, note, interview, essay, sketch). But this is only a small fraction of the work of a real journalist.
The correspondent must be sociable and mobile: you constantly need to keep in touch with people of different levels, different professions. Starting with the head of the city or district administration and ending with a machine operator in the rural outback. Each of them can become the hero of an article, tell the news or share a rumor. It is necessary to be able to gain confidence in almost everyone, otherwise the person will not open up to the interviewer and will not give the necessary information.
