Step 1

Each new insert must be issued with a separate seal. The insert is valid only with a work book, which is stamped and contains information about its issuance.

Before filling out the insert in the work book, it is necessary to receive documents from the employee, on the basis of which the insert will be completed. You cannot fill it out according to the information indicated on the title page of the work book, since personal data could have changed. The employee must submit a passport, diploma or advanced training document. On the basis of the submitted documents, the title page is filled in at the insert.

Step 3

Recording information about work in the insert should be made in accordance with the rules for filling out work books. The serial number of information about the work follows the last entry in the work book.

Step 4

Records about awards, as well as about work, are made under the following serial number after information about awards indicated in the work book.

Step 5

The insert should be sewn under the cover of the work book. One employee can be issued as many inserts as required for his work activity. For all inserts that are issued, information should be affixed on the title page of the work book in the form of a seal and indicating the number and series of issued inserts.

Step 6

The insert in the work book is not an independent document when applying for a job. It should be presented directly with the work book, on the title page of which information on the issuance of the insert is indicated.

Step 7

Correction of incorrect entries made in the insert must be made in accordance with the rules that indicate the correction of incorrect entries in the work book. Under an incorrect entry, it is necessary to indicate that it is incorrect, affix the seal of the organization and the signature of the authorized person. Make a correct entry under the next serial number.

Step 8

In the insert, as in the work book, abbreviated entries cannot be made. All records must be in expanded format.
