Step 1
As a rule, the position of the general director is appointed by the minutes of the constituent assembly (if there are several participants in the enterprise) or by the sole decision of the owner (when the company has one founder). The document must contain personal data and the date the manager took office. It should be signed by the chairman and secretary of the board of participants of the company or the sole founder (indicating their names, initials).
Step 2
After drawing up a protocol or a sole decision, an employment contract (contract) is concluded. As a rule, he signs with the director for a certain period (except for the case when the owner is the manager himself). The term of office of the first person of the company can be from one to five years. If there are several founders of the enterprise, then on the part of the employer, the chairman of the board of participants signs a contract with the new director. If the organization has one founder, then the only participant has the right to sign. The contract is certified by the seal of the company and the signature of the appointed manager.
Step 3
An order in the T-1 form is used when hiring not only ordinary specialists, but also the director of the enterprise. The date of appointment is fixed in the document in accordance with the protocol (decision). The order is numbered and dated. In the administrative part, the size of the manager's salary is entered in accordance with the current staffing table. The document is certified by the director's signature (including on the acquaintance line, since he is a hired employee), the seal of the organization.
Step 4
The work book of the general director is drawn up in accordance with the rules for maintaining it. The difference lies in the fact that in the information about the work, instead of the words "accepted for the position" is written "appointed to the position". The fourth column indicates the date and number of the protocol (decision) or order of employment. It is believed that writing the details of one of them will be enough.
