According to the latest edition of the RF Housing Code, all applications are unified up to the application form. Accordingly, if you want to improve your living conditions or get an apartment, you must apply to the city administration with an application.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare documents proving your eligibility for additional living space. These documents include:
- certified copies of passports of all members of your family;
- marriage certificates and birth certificates of children;
- cadastral plan of the apartment and an extract from the house book;
- certificate of income from the place of work (Form 2-NDFL) of all members of your family;
- work books of all family members (or other documents from the last place of work, if you do not work);
- certificate from the bank about interest on deposits (if any);
- information about the real estate you have (if any).
Step 2
If your family members have benefits, then you have the right to receive an extraordinary living space on the basis of documents confirming them. Please note: in some regions, you must first contact the social security authorities to confirm your status as poor and in need of housing (certificate), as well as to confirm the right to early housing (certificate). These documents can be drawn up with the social security authorities.
Step 3
After the package of documents is collected, contact the city administration with a statement. Write in the upper right corner in the name of whom you are writing the application (in the name of the head of administration or, for example, in the name of the head of the Department of Housing Policy, depending on the region). Indicate his full name. Write on behalf of whom the application was drawn up (list the full names of all members of your family who need to improve their living conditions), registration address, contact numbers.
Step 4
Ask a representative of the administration about recognizing you as a poor family (not for all regions) and about improving living conditions. Be sure to include the housing accounting standards that are valid for your area and the discrepancy between your household size. List all members of your family (name, nature of relationship, passport data). List all your relatives who are eligible for benefits (indicating the numbers of certificates, certificates, certificates and the names of these documents).
Step 5
If your family members own real estate, then, firstly, it must be taken into account when calculating the norms of living space for 1 person, and secondly, its estimated value must be given in the application. If your family has an additional source of income, be sure to include them.
Step 6
Date and sign. If the family has minor children or incompetent relatives, the relatives sign for them by power of attorney received from a notary.
