Step 1
An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) is an official document from which you can find out all the data on a legal entity contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. This is the name of the legal entity, the status of the action, information about the founders, legal address, OGRN and more. An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities can be obtained from the tax office at the place of registration of the legal entity. Receiving a statement is available to any person or organization.

To obtain an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, you need to draw up an application in the prescribed form. This form can be downloaded on the website of the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 46 in Moscow. The application must be accompanied by a receipt confirming the payment of the proper state fee (200 or 400 rubles, depending on the urgency of receiving the extract). The statement is usually received within 5 business days. As a matter of urgency, this happens in 1 day.

To order an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, you need to know the name of the legal entity, its OGRN. If you do not know the name or OGRN, then on the website of the Tax Service you can find out information about a legal entity from an open database. In general, the algorithm for obtaining an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities is as follows:
1. drawing up an application (if necessary - searching for information about a legal entity through the specified database).
2. payment of the state fee.
3. Submission of an application and receipt to the tax office (every weekday from 9.00 to 18.00, on Fridays until 16.45).
4. receipt of an extract (after 1 or 5 working days, depending on the urgency).
