Each organization must have such an organizational and administrative document as internal labor regulations. It is with the help of this act that the labor relations of the employer with the employees are regulated. As a rule, the labor regime and routine for all organizations is different, therefore there can be no unified form of this document. Each executive works with the Legal or Human Resources department to develop these guidelines.
Instructions
Step 1
Internal labor regulations can be both an annex to the collective agreement of the organization, and formalized as a separate local act. It is up to you to draw up or not to draw up the title page of this document, but in practice it is most often not drawn up.
Step 2
In order to draw up labor regulations, follow the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, namely section 8, which is called "Labor regulations. Discipline of Labor ".
Step 3
First, you must define the specifics of the employees' work. If your organization has employees who work part-time, then this document should reflect this, indicating the positions. Also write about their daily routine, that is, rest times, opening hours, etc.
Step 4
If you have temporary employees on your staff, then the rules of the internal order should indicate the conditions of their work, for example, the right to leave.
Step 5
In this organizational and administrative document, first write down the general provisions, that is, indicate for whom the rules are being developed, their purpose, by whom they are approved. Next, you can prescribe about the procedure for hiring employees and firing them. For example, in this block, you can indicate the application of a probationary period, the need to fill out a bypass sheet before dismissal, etc.
Step 6
In the next block, list the main rights and obligations of the parties. For example, compliance by employees with job descriptions, the obligation of the manager to provide annual paid leave, etc.
Step 7
The next item is the working hours and their use. Here you can list all the holidays in the coming year. Also, be sure to indicate the work schedule, lunch time, the duration of the vacation, the possibility of granting leave without pay, etc.
Step 8
Also, in the internal labor regulations, write down information about the payment of wages, for example, indicate the date when this occurs. If you use a non-cash payment to pay it, then write it down in the act as well.
Step 9
Do not forget about the item "Rewards for successful work." List specific payments, that is, indicate bonuses, allowances for overfulfillment of the work plan. After that, it is advisable to write about responsibility for violations of the rules, indicate the amount of disciplinary sanctions in it. Next, indicate the confidentiality of information both on your part and on the part of the employee.
Step 10
When choosing certain rules, remember that this act should not be overloaded with information, it should be easy to read and understand.
