Sooner or later, every worker or employee gets a pension. For this, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs need 20 years of service. The calculation of the future pension is not complicated. Let's see how to do it.
Instructions
Step 1
To calculate the pension, you need to know: seniority, salary by position, salary by special rank, percentage bonus for seniority.
The pension is calculated as a percentage of the amount of salaries for the position, special rank and seniority allowance. 20 grace years give 50% of the above amount. Each grace year adds another 3% to the above amount. However, the total amount of the pension cannot exceed 85% of the above amount.
Step 2
For clarity, consider an example. The length of service is 28 grace years. The salary for the position is 10,000 rubles, the salary for the special rank is 3,000 rubles. The percentage increase for seniority is 70% (that is, the coefficient 0.7 is multiplied by the sum of salaries by position and rank (10000 + 3000 = 13000)), we get 0.7 * 13000 = 9100 rubles.
We have the sum: 10000 + 3000 + 9100 = 22100 rubles. This is the base amount calculated. In order to get the amount of the pension, you need to multiply it by the appropriate coefficient.
Step 3
As mentioned above, 20 grace years give 50% of the base calculated amount (in our case, it is 22,100 rubles).
Each grace year over 20 years gives another 3%. We are 28 years old (that is, 8 * 3 = 24%). We add up 50% (20 grace years) and 24% (8 grace years). We get 74%.
So, the amount of our estimated pension will be 74% of the base calculated amount (22,100 rubles). Multiply 0.74 by 22100 and get 16354 rubles. This is the future pension.
