Step 1

Step 2
If you have lost the contract or for a number of reasons it has become unusable, for example, burned out, torn, etc., then you can get a duplicate at any time. To do this, contact the Department of Housing Policy with the appropriate statement. You also need to present documents proving the identity of all registered on this living space, a birth certificate for children under 14 years old, a marriage certificate (dissolution).
Step 3
Be sure to get an extract from the house book and personal account. If there are persons registered on your living space who did not receive a municipal apartment as part of your family, present the documents that are the basis for their registration. These documents include the written consent of all family members, the owner of the premises represented by the local municipality. If the registered ones belong to your family members or are close relatives, for example, you have registered elderly parents, children, spouse or spouse, then you do not need to present any documents other than those indicated.
Step 4
If the social tenancy contract is lost and the tenant in charge dies or changes residence, then a duplicate cannot be obtained. You will have to reissue the contract. Any adult tenant who has received social living space as part of a family has the right to renew it.

The terms of consideration of your documents and the submitted application will not exceed 30 days. Then you can contact the Department of Housing Policy and get a duplicate or a new agreement, which is subject to bilateral signing.
