Step 1

If you need to re-register your social contract and include another family member as the responsible employer, apply to the Housing Policy Department. The application must be signed by all adults registered in the apartment or issued a notarial consent to the change in the contract of the responsible tenant.

Step 2

You have the right to renegotiate the contract if the responsible employer died, moved and was discharged, declared legally incompetent, convicted and imprisoned in a correctional institution.

Step 3

In addition to the application, present the passport of all registered on the living space and photocopies of all pages, an extract from the house book and personal account, a social employment contract or an order, other documents confirming the reason for reissuing the contract. These documents include: a court order on the incapacity of the responsible employer, a court order on the placement of the employer in a colony or correctional institution, a death certificate, a certificate from the place of residence confirming the deregistration of the responsible employer.

Step 4

After the renewal of the social employment contract, contact the housing department to make corrections to the personal account, since receipts for payment of utilities are sent and drawn up in the name of the responsible tenant of social housing.

Step 5

If any of the registered persons on the living space is against the renewal of the social tenancy agreement, contact the arbitration court, since all disputes are resolved on the basis of a court order.

Step 6

If you need to reissue a social tenancy due to an exchange of living space, contact the tenants at the Department of Housing Policy. In this case, you must submit two applications, from yourself and from the responsible tenant. Direct renewal is carried out in accordance with the specified order.
