Step 1

Although it is worth knowing that the absence of a check does not give the seller the right to refuse a return, in this case, a witness testimony that the purchase was carried out in this store is sufficient.

There is a list of goods that cannot be returned or exchanged if they are of proper quality. These include jewelry, medicines, personal and hygiene items, underwear, cosmetics and perfumes, sophisticated equipment, including telephones, computers, cars, groceries, books, etc. Thus, the law also protects the rights of the seller, as well as future buyers of these goods. After all, the buyer could have stored the goods incorrectly or used them for some time, which makes the goods not entirely safe for further use.

In the event that the product is of poor quality or has a manufacturing defect, the buyer can contact the seller for an examination during the entire warranty period. If it confirms that the buyer is not guilty of the unsuitability of the goods, then at the buyer's request, you can return the money, exchange for a similar product or repair it.

Step 5

If there is no guarantee for the product, but no more than 2 years have passed since the date of purchase, you can make an independent examination at the expense of the seller to make sure that this is really a manufacturer's defect. In this case, all costs are borne by the seller, and after a positive examination, either the purchase amount is returned to the buyer, or it is exchanged if repair is impossible. If the results of the examination show that the defect of the goods is associated with the wrong use of it by the buyer, non-observance of the instructions, etc., then its cost is paid by the buyer.

Step 6

The warranty period for the goods starts from the moment of their sale. If it is seasonal clothing / footwear, then from the beginning of this season. If the goods are not transferred directly, but by mail or other types of delivery, then from the moment they are received.
