Necessary

  • - the passport;
  • - application to FUZKK;
  • - documents of title to the site;
  • - the act of border coordination;
  • - an explanation of the extra area (if the measurement revealed it).

Instructions

Step 1

To obtain technical documents for a land plot, on the basis of which cadastral documents will be drawn up for you and the plot will be put on a unified cadastral record, apply to the FUZKK with an application. Present your passport, fill out the application form for land surveying, submit documents of title to the land plot. These documents include: a purchase and sale or donation agreement, a certificate of inheritance, a lease agreement, a certificate from a household book obtained from the local administration or from the board of a gardening partnership, if you received land and do not have any documents for it.

Step 2

On the basis of the submitted application, an inventory engineer will come to you. Before visiting him, you must receive a copy of the cadastral plan of the settlement's land, which will be given to you by the district administration on the basis of an application.

Step 3

They will carry out all the technical work on land surveying, designate the boundaries of the site, make a topographic survey of the site and terrain, determine the actual size of the site. Based on the work, you will receive a package of technical documents.

Step 4

Draw up a written act of agreeing on the boundaries of the land plot. It must be signed by all users of land plots adjacent to yours. If you cannot agree on the boundaries, and one of the neighbors does not sign the act, file an application with the court and resolve this issue in accordance with the requirements of the law.

Step 5

If the actual measurement of the area of the land plot showed that the size does not correspond to that indicated in the documents, write a written explanation for the appearance of excess land.

Step 6

Submit all received documents to FUZKK. Based on them, your land plot will be assigned a cadastral number, all the necessary cadastral documents will be drawn up, after which you will be able to register property rights by submitting all cadastral extracts, title documents and an application to the FUGRTS.
