Step 1
Execute order registration books. Since internal documents on current activities and personnel must be registered separately, keep several such books - for orders on main activities, on administrative and economic activities, on personnel, business trips, vacations, etc.). Spread the pages of purchased books into columns. Write in the "header" the names of the columns: No., Order No., Date, Summary, Signature of the executors.
Step 2
Prepare the title pages of books by handwriting or typing on a computer (Book for registering orders for _ (main activity, personnel, vacations, business trips, etc. for _ year). Number the sheets of books. Lace them using an awl and thread. On the back of the books, stick pieces of paper with the inscription: “Numbered, laced with _ sheets.” Indicate the date, your position, sign and decipher the signature.
Step 3
Record orders in books as they come in. Take notes carefully, avoiding corrections if possible. In the column "No. of p / p" put down the serial number of the record, in the column "order number" - the document number, in the "Date" column - the date specified in the order (not the registration date). In the "Summary" column, write what the order is about. In the column "Executor's signature" must be signed by the employee who is to carry out the order.
