In our country, in shops, salons of various services, public catering networks, we can face both polite treatment and outright rudeness. A Testimonial Book is an effective tool to encourage quality service or to curb abuse.
Instructions
Step 1
First, ask the employees of the establishment for the "Book of Reviews and Suggestions" and the conditions for filling it out (according to the law, you must be provided with a pen or pencil, table, chair).
Step 2
After receiving the book, examine it. Make sure it is authentic, i.e. see if it is fully numbered, laced, certified by the signature of the head and the seal of the organization.
Step 3
Now carefully read the instructions located on the first pages of it. Find and remember (or better write down) the phone numbers of the superior trade organization and the State Trade Inspection. And after that, start filling out the book.
Step 4
Enter the date and time of the entry you made, followed by your name and address. After that, write your feedback (positive or negative - a complaint) and / or a suggestion (for example, to improve the quality of service).
Step 5
Record in as much detail as possible, but do not deviate from the point. Five days after your entry on the back of the sheet where you gave your feedback, a note should appear on the action taken.
