Next, you need to put the land plot on which the house is located on the cadastral register, and issue a cadastral passport for it, from which you will take an extract and receive a copy of the cadastral plan for registering ownership of the land plot.

The cadastre engineer will carry out land surveying, make a topographic survey of the area, draw up a plan and draw up all the necessary technical documents. Submit the received documents to FUZKK, on their basis you will be issued a cadastral passport and put the site on the cadastral register. Get all your statements and a copy of your plan.
Step 7
Submit the completed documents for the house and plot to the UGRTs, fill out an application for registration on the spot, attach receipts for payment of the registration fee.
Step 8
After the specified period, and it may be different in each subject of the Russian Federation, you will receive a certificate confirming your ownership of home ownership.
