Step 1

Step 2
Based on the inspection of the house and outbuildings, technical documents and a plan of the house and buildings will be drawn up. According to technical documents drawn up by a technician, a cadastral passport will be issued. Take an extract from the cadastral passport and a copy of the cadastral plan. These documents will be required for registration of ownership.
Step 3
Next, you need to put the land plot on which the house is located on the cadastral register, and issue a cadastral passport for it, from which you will take an extract and receive a copy of the cadastral plan for registering ownership of the land plot.

To do this, contact the registration center for land, cadastre and cartography. Apply to call an inventory specialist. Before a specialist arrives, and he also leaves in order of priority, which can take 6 months, get a copy of the cadastral plan of land plots of the local settlement from the local municipality.
Step 5
The cadastre engineer will carry out land surveying, make a topographic survey of the area, draw up a plan and draw up all the necessary technical documents. In addition, an act of agreement with the neighbors of the boundaries of the land plot will be required, and if the measurement of the land shows that there is more of it than indicated in the title documents, then you must write a written explanation for the appearance of extra acres.
Step 6
Submit the received documents to FUZKK, on their basis you will be issued a cadastral passport and put the site on the cadastral register. Get all your statements and a copy of your plan.
Step 7
Submit the completed documents for the house and plot to the UGRTs, fill out an application for registration on the spot, attach receipts for payment of the registration fee.
Step 8
After the specified period, and it may be different in each subject of the Russian Federation, you will receive a certificate confirming your ownership of home ownership.
