After being fired, there are three problems. First, the entry in the work book, which prevents you from getting a good job. Secondly, it is not clear what to say at the interview about the previous place of work. Third, self-esteem goes down. The latter reason puts strong pressure on the state of mind and deprives of faith in success.
Instructions
Step 1
Imagine that life starts from scratch, and it doesn't matter what happened at the previous job. Raising self-esteem is the primary task on which the success of the search depends.
Step 2
Decide what to do with the work book if an unwanted entry appears in it. There are two options: firstly, honestly tell the future employer what happened - then nothing needs to be done with the work book. Secondly, in honor of the beginning of a new life, tear up an old book and say at an interview that there is no work book, without delving into the nuances.
Step 3
If your old job has debts or bad relationships, put things in order.
Step 4
Prepare your interview speech. Some companies will not research past work and ask uncomfortable questions, and on their own initiative, it is not necessary to tell all the secrets of life. But there may be employers who are carefully studying the last years of work. Then it is better to frankly tell what happened and explain that it was in the past, but you started a new life and will not allow this to happen again. You may be hired for being honest and admitting mistakes, because these are rare qualities. After this step, you should have two options for telling about yourself at the interview, in accordance with the employer's desire to delve into your life.
Step 5
Find a suitable vacancy. You have done good preparation and are internally ready to take a job like other people. Look for the best options and don't care if you get hired or not.
Step 6
Make the right resume. The purpose of this document is to obtain an invitation for an interview. Treat your resume like an important letter or business proposal that you are submitting for review. Therefore, a resume must be written individually for each organization and for each vacancy. Template options are unlikely to produce good results if they have nothing to stand out from the crowd of other contenders. The correct resume says what the employer wants to see, what is looking for in the labor market. Before writing your resume, make a call to the company, clarify the requirements for the vacancy and write about this, then you will be invited. But do not write lies - just correctly place accents.
