A notarial power of attorney is a document according to which the principal transfers his powers to an authorized person (Article 185 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). At any time, the power of attorney can be revoked, observing a number of requirements on the basis of Articles No. 188, No. 189 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

If you have issued a one-time power of attorney, then there is no need to revoke it. The powers of your trustee will automatically end as soon as he fulfills the order specified in the notarized power of attorney.

A special power of attorney is valid only when certain orders are executed and ends immediately after all orders specified in it have been completed. But you can at any time terminate the authority of your authorized representative to perform for you a number of functions and assignments that you have entrusted to him.

A general power of attorney is valid for three years from the date of issue and entitles your authorized person to perform all actions for you, that is, by issuing a general power of attorney, you transfer absolutely all your powers to the authorized person.

To early revoke any power of attorney, contact the notary office at the place of issue of the document with the passport. Pay the state fee for notary services. Write a statement that you want to revoke the power of attorney.

The power of attorney will be invalid from the moment of your application, but you must notify the notary attorney in writing within three days that you have canceled the power of attorney. For written notification, use the services of the pot of Russia. Send a certified letter with an inventory of the attachment. It will be handed over to the addressee against receipt and will notify you that your notarially authorized person has received the message. You will have an official document that you have notified about the cancellation of the power of attorney.

Within 7 working days, any power of attorney must be returned to the place of its execution.

Not only can you revoke the power of attorney ahead of schedule, but your authorized representative can at any time be fulfilling your order. The procedure is exactly the same.

First, the trustee is obliged to apply to the notary with a statement to withdraw all powers of the trustee, then notify the trustee in writing about the withdrawal of all powers of the trustee.
