Control is an integral part of the management activities of the head of the kindergarten. It allows you to track the quality of educational services at the preschool educational institution, as well as all activities in general.

Step 1
The control activities of the administration of a preschool institution should be brought into the system. Only then will it become expedient and effective. A haphazard approach to control activity, its frequency will reduce the quality of the educational process. In addition, it will negatively affect the psychological state of the team.
Step 2
All control activities should be planned. Supervision is part of the preschool's annual plan. Together with the rest of the sections, the control plan for the year is brought to the attention of teachers at the first pedagogical council of the academic year. In addition, control is also prescribed in the plan for the current month.

To carry out control, it is necessary to draw up a regulation on control activities, which is a local act of the preschool educational institution. On the basis of this act, a regulation is developed for each type of control (administrative, personal, frontal, individual, etc.). It specifies the timing of the control, the object of control, who controls, the reporting form.
Step 4
For each type of control activity, control cards are developed. They contain all the criteria for assessing the controlled object, the rating scale, conclusions and proposals. After monitoring the activities of the teacher, he must put his signature on the card that he agrees or disagrees with the assessment of his activities, conclusions and proposals.
Step 5
To carry out the control, it is necessary to involve medical personnel, specialists with the highest qualification category. In some cases, when it is necessary to track the quality of food preparation at the catering unit, it is permissible to invite the parents of the pupils. At the end of the control, all its results are recorded in the control certificate. It also reflects all the conclusions and suggestions made.

The results of the control are communicated to teachers. In some cases, in case of negative results, the information is communicated to the employee on an individual basis.
