The vacation report is written by people in uniform. All people who do not wear them write a statement. Annual leave is provided in accordance with the Labor Code and like everyone else according to the schedule. Conscripts can be granted leave for certain circumstances, which are provided for in Article 31. The period of leave is determined by the unit commander, and it cannot exceed 10 days.
Instructions
Step 1
The annual leave report is written in the name of the commander of the military unit and the date of the beginning and end of the leave is indicated.
Step 2
If the vacation for some reason needs to be postponed to another period not specified in the schedule of regular vacations, then the report must be submitted two weeks before the vacation specified in the schedule. Step 3
For the provision of vacation at their own expense, the report is submitted at least two weeks, in urgent cases - one day in advance.

A conscript soldier can be given a 10-day vacation, not taking into account the travel time. The report must be submitted to the name of the unit commander, indicate the reason and attach a document confirming the validity of the reason. This may be: a serious condition of the parents or their substitutes; death of close relatives; birth of a child; natural disasters that befell a family or close relatives; other valid reasons.
Step 5
In all cases, the unit commander puts a resolution granting leave or refusal. If a refusal to grant leave is received, then it needs to be reasoned.
