Salary is a reward for work. In accordance with Article 136 of the Labor Code, salary payments must be made at least twice a month. Late payment for labor threatens with huge penalties and the closure of the enterprise. Monetary remuneration for labor can be paid by a fixed amount of salary, calculated according to the hourly wage rate, or from production.

Necessary

  • - calculator;
  • - time sheet;
  • - computer.

Instructions

Step 1

If the salary is calculated on a fixed salary, then add the bonus and the regional coefficient to the salary, subtract the 13% tax and the amount of the advance paid. Give the remaining amount to the employee. For example, if an employee has a salary of 10 thousand, an advance payment of 3 thousand, a district coefficient of 10%, and the bonus is issued in a fixed amount and equal to 4 thousand, then the calculation will look like this. 10000 +1000 + 4000 - 1950 - 3000 = 10,050 rubles the amount that is due to the employee as a salary. Of these, 10,000 salaries, 1,000 regional coefficient, 4,000 bonuses, 1950 income tax, 3,000 advance payments.

Step 2

If a month has not been fully worked, calculate the average daily wage in this month. To calculate, divide your salary by the amount of working days. Multiply the resulting number by the days actually worked, add the regional coefficient, subtract the advance and income tax.

Step 3

If you have overtime, pay double or provide an extra day off. To pay for overtime hours, calculate the cost of one hour by dividing the salary by the number of hours worked in a month. Multiply the resulting figure by the number of overtime hours, add salary, district coefficient, bonus, subtract income tax and advance.

Step 4

If there are night hours from 22 to 6, then calculate them separately and add 20%. To calculate, also calculate the cost of one hour, multiply by the number of night hours and by 20%. Calculate the pay for work per day separately, add all the amounts, add the regional coefficient, the bonus, subtract the tax and the advance.

Step 5

If you are calculating the salary according to the 1C program, which is done in most enterprises, enter all the necessary data in the appropriate lines and get the initial figure that you will pay to the employee as a salary.
