Instructions
Step 1
Become a member of a self-regulatory organization in order for you to be eligible for a permit for construction work. This will give you all the grounds for the legal implementation of construction work that was previously carried out only with a special license.
Step 2
To join a self-regulatory organization, collect a package of the following documents: application for membership in SRO; completed and certified by the seal of the organization and the signature of the head of the company profile; memorandum of association; decision to establish a company; a copy of the company's Articles of Association; order on the appointment of the director and chief accountant of the company; a copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity; certificate of making an entry in the unified state register of a legal entity; a copy of an extract from the unified state register of a legal entity; copy of TIN; copy of OKPO; information about the heads of the company and its employees, confirming that they can carry out work in the field of construction; a copy of the office lease agreement; bank and postal details certified by the manager; contacts of company executives.
Step 3
On each of the above documents, put the seal of the organization and the signature of the head. The self-regulatory organization will carefully check all documents. It is possible that you may be required to provide certificates of conformity in one or another voluntary certification system.
Step 4
Apply for admission in three areas: construction work, design and engineering surveys. This will give you the opportunity to carry out a full cycle of work at a construction site.
Step 5
Pay admission, compensation and social insurance contributions to the SRO. Membership fees to SRO reach quite large amounts, but this is the only way to gain access to construction work.
