It is possible to get a job in government bodies only by participating in a competition for filling a vacant position. This is spelled out in the legislation. More detailed information can be found in a specific organization.
Instructions
Step 1
Contact the personnel department of the state structure - there you will be provided with an exhaustive list of information on the position of interest and the timing of the competition. Examine the provisions of the legislation governing the procedure for entering the civil service.
Step 2
Prepare the required list of documents. You will need a copy of your passport data with information about registration, marital status, children, military service, personal data. Also, make a copy of your diploma. The civil service is accepted exclusively with higher education. Sometimes you can enter such structures to serve people with incomplete higher education. Then you should inform the future employer about this and provide an extract from the dean's office about the study.
Step 3
Fill out a special questionnaire, where write down your autobiography in detail, indicate your personal qualities, list the places of study and previous positions. Make a copy of all pages of the work book. As a rule, the documents are fastened and submitted to the commission for consideration. A photograph is attached to them, only about four such pictures are needed. One will subsequently be attached to a personal file, the second - to a certificate, etc.
Step 4
You will be invited for an interview. Put on a business suit and try to answer questions succinctly, do not use a lot of makeup. About 30% of the result may depend on what impression you make on the commission.
Step 5
You will need to pass a special test that is aimed at identifying the level of logical thinking and inclinations, as well as the psychological state. Pass the medical commission, do all the tests and attach the results of both studies to the list of other documents. Make copies just in case.
Step 6
The Commission meets in 30 days from the date of submission of documents by all candidates. It is considered eligible if at least two applications for the position are submitted.
Step 7
The candidate shall be notified in advance of the date of the meeting of the commission in writing. Members of the commission can ask questions, conduct additional testing, clarify personal data. You may also be asked to provide information from the tax office.
Step 8
Based on the results of consideration of the documents, the commission gives an opinion on the candidate's compliance with the position being replaced.
